Rerfund and Change Conditions

To return a product from,

You may return the products you have purchased under the following conditions:

The product package must not be opened.

Your product should not be used.

The product or its packaging is not damaged, the product must be suitable for resale.

Your product must be handled within 7 days from the day you reached your hand, and your company should be put into service when an instruction e-mail is sent from you.

The returned product should only be shipped with "Speed ​​Cargo" by courier service. (The shipping charge will be met by you.)

The goods invoice must also be returned with the goods. No refunds and changes are made without prepayment.

After the item is handled, the necessary units will be inspected to check the suitability for return / exchange, and if it is convenient, your account information will be requested via mail or sms. (If you have paid by credit card, the product will be launched directly and no information will be requested.)

The important point here is that you should make sure that you open the package of the product while the cargo is being delivered and that the product has not been damaged. If the product is damaged, keep a record and do not deliver the cargo.

If you have taken delivery of the cargo, it means that you have received the product in a solid and impeccable delivery. In this case, we will not be able to accept your return request if the return of the product is not secure, the product or package is damaged, and the shipping will be paid back to our customer.

In the above conditions, we will refund the returned items returned by you with the method you pay in 10 working days. (Payments made by credit or debit card will be refunded between 10-45 days according to the procedure of your bank.) This process will not have any effect on this issue since your bank is connected and not your company.
